Create a New Activity

Welcome to the Activity Generation page. This tool allows you to create customized activities for your classroom based on your state education standards. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use it:

  1. Select the grade level of your students from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the school subject for which you want to create the activity. You can choose from Math, Science, English/Language Arts, Social Studies/History, Art, Music, or Physical Education.
  3. Select the state where you teach from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the sensory modalities you want to include in your activity. You can choose from auditory, kinesthetic, tactile, gustatory, and olfactory. If you want to include all modalities, select the "All" option.
  5. Decide if you want to include a supporting document with your activity. You can choose to include a standards reference summary or not.
  6. Choose the type of supplies list you want to include with your activity. You can choose to include a list for teachers, parents, or students, or you can choose not to include a list at all.
  7. Select the output type for your activity. You can choose from a PowerPoint presentation, a Word document, or a web document.
  8. Decide if you want to strengthen your lesson with social emotional learning or stick to state standards only.
  9. Choose the lesson plan setting that works best for you. You can either use today's date and averages to determine the standard to use or input the state standard you want to incorporate.
  10. Click the "Generate Activity" button to create your customized activity.
